Fastway Couriers Ireland has recently ceased operations, and a small number of Modibodi orders were affected. We want to reassure you that we’re across it and have already reached out to all impacted customers directly. 

Here’s what’s happening:

• We’ve recreated affected orders: Our team has already re-processed these with a new courier to make sure they arrive as quickly as possible.

• New order confirmations sent: Customers with impacted orders have received updated order confirmations and tracking details.

• Out-of-stock items: Where any items were unavailable, we’ve issued either a store credit or refund.

• All other orders: Deliveries sent with our other courier partners are not affected and are continuing as normal.

We’re so sorry for any disruption this has caused, and we’re doing everything possible to keep deliveries smooth and timely. If you haven’t heard from us, your order is not affected and will arrive as usual.
